1. Online Courses:

   a. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be issued only if the following conditions are met:

   • i. You have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
   • ii. You have not received a certificate of completion for the course.
   • iii. You have not violated any terms and conditions of our website or services.

   b. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days. If we are unable to credit the refund back to your original method of payment, we will work with you to arrange an alternative payment method.



2. Web Development Services:

   a. Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us in writing within 7 days of placing your order. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. If we have already started work on your project, the refund will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed.

   b. Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will make the necessary revisions to meet your expectations. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund less any expenses already incurred by us.

   c. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the matter may be referred to arbitration or mediation.

   d. Limitation of Liability: Sydair Tech PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
